Shipping
The Joseph Project shipping fee is 8% or less of the listed retail item price, with a minimum of $4.00 and a maximum of $100. During our Pre-launch phase we will ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are sent from our warehouse located in Minneapolis, Minnesota or drop shipped from one of our various vendors, as quickly as possible.
Note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Note that we primarily use UPS for delivery, and they will only make shipments to a valid street address, not to a P.O. Box.
Note during pre-launch we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
On occasion, there may be a slight shipping delay due to a spike in sales, epidemics, natural disasters, national holidays, and emergencies including hurricanes, blizzards, or airport/delivery service shutdowns. Please bear with us.
Disclaimer
The Joseph Project is a distributor for many different vendors. Some vendors may discontinue a product without notifying us. If you order a product that has been discontinued or is currently out of stock from the vendor, the Joseph Project will promptly credit your original method of payment for the products ordered which are not available for delivery.
Returns
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser’s expense, The Joseph Project will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less the original delivery charges. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot extend credit.

If you are returning an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
